Gift Box was such an impressive equine athlete during his racing career. This son of Twirling Candy, also trained by John Sadler, brought thrills for many. He earned multiple triple digit E-speed figures in 14 of his 18 starts. Which means, he ran well, in tough races, against solid company. As a grey/roan horse, the beauty of watching him move was elevated and awesome to watch. Winning the 2019 Santa Anita Handicap was his pinnacle race, but many others brought an equal thrill and awe to the Hronis Racing Team.
